Our Chief Baker
Tham Joon Hoe
Being in the bakery industry since 2006, Chef Tham Joon Hoe has decades of experience under his belt to bring the best bakes to the region. He even started his own bakery from the ground up in 2016, taking care of all baking, operations, and managing his staff. His learnings from being in the business of bread help him to become our chief R&D strategist and handle operations for our main kitchen and all outlets. Chef Tham Joon Hoe continues to grow with Muyoo to bring new and interesting flavours to the region by listening to the changing tastes and trends.
